Monday Drool – This SUV is Solid as a Diamond

While there are many luxury SUVs on the road nowadays, the Rolls-Royce Cullinan is in a class of its own. Sure, the Bentayga was designed using a similar approach, but with a price tag nearly half that of the Cullinan, it can’t truly compare to the majesty of the Rolls. So, anyone shopping for one of these 2,660-kg (5,864-lb) beasts is after one thing: the ultimate ultra-luxury SUV experience. And today’s drool car, a resplendent white Cullinan, has that in spades.

Named after the largest gem-quality diamond in the world, the Rolls-Royce Cullinan is truly the diamond in the Rolls-Royce collection. We have the current SUV craze to thank for the model’s brisk sales. And also the amazing build quality and outlandish features, of course. Those features include a unique “three-box” design which allows the rear passengers to enjoy a quiet and comfortable experience isolated from the luggage compartment. Up front, the 6.75-litre V12 uses two turbochargers to develop 563bhp/420kW and 850Nm/627 lb-ft of torque. And Rolls has tuned its “Magic Carpet Ride” suspension system for off-road use in the Cullinan, making this the most capable Rolls-Royce ever. And the all-wheel-drive and all-wheel-steer systems give the driver that extra boost of confidence in any condition. One thing is sure: Cullinan owners will feel comfortable and secure no matter the terrain.

This dazzling white diamond of an SUV is available at Redline Specialist Cars in Knaresborough. This dealership specializes in high-end used cars such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Range Rover. But even with the esteemed company it keeps on this dealer lot, this particular Rolls-Royce Cullinan is currently the second-most expensive model on the lot at the time of this writing.

While the ad is light on photos and details at this point, this Rolls-Royce Cullinan is nevertheless a stunner in its bright white paint job. The listing does not specify the exact colour name, and because there are over 4,000 colours to choose from on the Cullinan, I don’t dare hazard a guess. At £389,990, this 3650-mile Cullinan is priced at the high end of the model range, so we can assume it includes a great deal of options.
